The Role
As a Receptionist, you will serve as the front-facing representative of the company, managing front desk operations and creating a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and staff.
What You'll Be Doing Every Day
- Managing front desk operations and office reception.
- Handling incoming calls and greeting visitors professionally.
- Maintaining office logs, visitor records, and call registers.
- Coordinating with internal teams for visitor and meeting arrangements.
- Ensuring a professional and organized front office environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable, organized, and well-groomed appearance.
- Customer-friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic administrative and record-keeping skills.
