Our client Grab tech Solution is hiring a Receptionist in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Manage daily mail and deliveries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Assist with scheduling and setting up appointments or meetings.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing notes.
- Assist other departments as needed with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
