Data Entry Administrator

Lahore | Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday, 12:00–22:00

Gapp Search is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to join our Lahore team.

This is a hands-on support role focused on keeping company and candidate data accurate, up to date and well organised. You’ll work across spreadsheets, databases and online research, helping ensure the wider team has the information it needs to work efficiently.

The role

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets and internal databases
• Carry out online research and verify information
• Maintain candidate, company and general business records
• Check data for errors, duplicates and missing information
• Keep spreadsheets and databases clean and organised
• Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
• Follow clear processes and maintain a high level of accuracy

What we're looking for

You don’t need previous recruitment experience, but you do need to be organised, accurate and comfortable working with data.

You should have:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience using Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Good English reading and comprehension skills
• Confidence carrying out online research
• Good organisation and time management
• Ability to work consistently and accurately without close supervision

Previous data entry or administration experience would be useful, but fresh candidates with the right attitude and attention to detail are welcome to apply.

The role

Location: Lahore

Working pattern: Full-time, on-site

Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–10:00 PM

Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience

Start: As soon as possible
