We are looking for a Recruitment Officer who can help us build our team by finding skilled professionals who match our company's requirements and work standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment process, from finding suitable candidates to final hiring.
- Find and approach candidates who match the company's requirements.
- Post job vacancies and source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Review CVs and portfolios, shortlist applicants and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with the CEO and relevant department members.
- Maintain recruitment records and regularly update the CEO on hiring progress.
- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding their hiring and onboarding.
- Follow the company's recruitment process and work under the supervision of the CEO.

Requirements

- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
- Experience managing the hiring process from start to finish.
- Good understanding of candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to identify suitable candidates for different job roles.
- Responsible, punctual and able to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working remotely and reporting to management.

Portfolio Requirements

Applicants must share their recruitment portfolio or examples of previous work, including:

- Positions they have recruited for.
- Previous hiring results.
- Experience working with clients or companies.
- Examples of successfully placed candidates, where available.

Working Structure

This is a supervised position. The Recruitment Officer will report directly to the CEO and manage assigned recruitment tasks according to the company's requirements and procedures.

All final hiring decisions and salary approvals will be made by the CEO.

Salary

Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience and skills.
