As a Regional Manager Sales CORE PRODUCTS, GSM/DATA,SECAAS ,IoT & AI Solutions, you will lead and grow GSM/DATA, SMS, fixed and other core telecom offerings within your assigned region. The role blends strategic sales leadership, customer engagement, team enablement, revenue accountability, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of core telecom offerings across Small and Medium Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive regional products portfolio sales and achieve or exceed assigned revenue and pipeline targets through new business acquisition, upselling, and customer expansion.
  • Establish and execute go-to-market (GTM), including GSM, Data, Messaging, connectivity, device integration, platform services, and analytics offerings.
  • Identify high-value opportunities in vertical use cases such as fleet & asset tracking, smart utilities, industrial IoT, remote monitoring, telematics, and other solutions.

Customer Relationship & Account Leadership

  • Build strong relationships
  • Lead key client engagements, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary sales escalation point for opportunities and coordinate internally for pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales support.

Team Leadership & Enablement

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a region-wide team of Business Consultants.
  • Create accountability and performance focus among team members to deliver on revenue, pipeline, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Conduct periodic enablement workshops to raise solution awareness, improve consultative selling skills, and drive sales excellence within your team.

Solution Positioning & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders including pre-sale, pricing, platform, marketing, delivery, and operations teams to design commercially viable and technically sound solutions
  • Work with Product and Commercial teams to enhance solution packaging, optimize pricing & bundling, and improve competitive positioning.
  • Provide feedback on market dynamics, iterative product enhancements, competitive threats, and customer insights to central leadership.

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, emerging technologies (e.g., NB-IoT, 5G IoT frameworks), and competitor offerings to refine sales approaches and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, trade events, panel discussions, and customer seminars to evangelize capabilities and Jazz’s value proposition.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare accurate rolling forecasts, weekly/monthly sales reports, business reviews, and pipeline dashboards for Regional Head and senior leadership.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal governance, industry compliance standards, and contractual obligations in customer engagements.

Requirements

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, Engineering, or equivalent is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: ~8–12+ years of progressive sales and account management experience in telecom/technology, including at least 4–6 years focused on telco products.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic deals with small and medium enterprise

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to influence across matrixed teams.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to develop customer-centric business cases and pricing models.
  • Deep understanding of core technologies
  • Superb communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
