Regional Office Manager - Pakistan

A leading company in the Apparel & Apparel Accessories Industry is looking for an experienced Regional Office Manager based in Pakistan.

Tasks

Oversee and manage all regional office operations to ensure smooth business performance.Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets .Build and maintain strong relationships with apparel manufacturers, suppliers, and key customers.Identify new business opportunities within the apparel and apparel accessories sector.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements across the region.Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams to achieve organizational objectives.Coordinate with headquarters and local stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.Prepare and present regular performance, sales, and operational reports to management.Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.Manage budgets, resources, and regional administrative functions effectively.

Requirements

Preferred Industry Background:

Location: Pakistan

• 10-15 years of experience in the Apparel Industry


• Experience in Apparel Accessories is highly desirable


• Strong network within the Pakistan apparel sector


• Proven leadership and people management experience
