Manage end-to-end regional payment operations and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Strong hands-on understanding of banking portals, bank uploads, and payment files.
Experience with Host-to-Host (H2H), MT940, and bank integrations.
Good understanding of manual and auto bank reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance/payment processes.
Ability to manage remote teams and regional stakeholders effectively.
Strong focus on controls, process improvement, and automation.
Good understanding and practical use of AI/automation tools to improve efficiency.
Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, technology, or other high-volume businesses is preferred.
Job Requirements
4-5 years in payments, banking operations, treasury and finance operations.
MBA / ACCA qualified or equivalent professional qualification
