Jadeed Feeds Industries (PVT) LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager for Feeds Sales based in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will hold a DVM, B.S. Poultry Sciences, or M.S. Poultry Sciences degree and bring at least five years of proven experience in regional sales management within the feed industry. This role requires a strong understanding of poultry sciences and feed sales along with the capability to manage sales strategies, customer relationships, and field operations effectively. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities in the Faisalabad region, ensuring smooth execution of sales plans, recovery of payments, and adherence to company policies.
The position involves leading a dedicated team of five, providing critical on-farm technical support, and troubleshooting to enhance feed efficiency and bird performance. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Faisalabad region to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Manage and lead a team of five sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication, support, and technical assistance to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee and ensure timely recovery of customer payments, managing smooth execution of sales and financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain strict follow-up on customer ledger signing with customers and coordinate with the head office for accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Provide on-farm technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to customers to maximize feed efficiency and improve bird performance, enhancing the overall value delivered to clients.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adjust sales plans accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate contracts and sales agreements with customers to secure favorable terms for the company while meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and management to align sales strategies with company goals and to ensure consistent messaging and policy enforcement.
- Monitor team performance and implement training or development programs to continually improve sales capabilities and industry knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards, promoting ethical sales practices and professional conduct within the team.
- Represent Jadeed Feeds Industries in regional sales events and customer meetings to build brand presence and trust within the Faisalabad market.
