Regional Sales Manager - Hygiene Chemicals

About the Role

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Function: Chemicals Business

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow the Company’s Hygiene Chemicals business in the region. You will meet the region’s volume and contribution margin targets, manage key accounts, and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the contribution margin and volume targets assigned to the region.
• Ensure effective key account management practices are in place.
• Establish and maintain relationships at key accounts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with principals/suppliers.
• Keep a balance between acquiring new customers (hunting) and growing existing accounts (farming).
• Keep slow-moving and obsolete (SLOB) stock within the levels agreed with the business.
• Explore new revenue streams in existing and new markets.
• Run successful product trials with new and lost customers.
• Develop and grow the business by expanding the customer base.
• Prepare business reports, updated debtor reports for the assigned portfolio, SLOB reduction plans, and market updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Chemistry; a Master’s/MBA in Marketing or General Management is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
