Job Summary

The Reporting and Analytics Processor supports HR reporting operations by generating standard reports, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining dashboards. The role focuses on timely data extraction, validation, and delivery of operational insights while adhering to SLAs in a global HRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate standard operational and HR reports as per defined schedules
  • Extract, cleanse, and validate HR data from multiple systems
  • Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure timely delivery of outputs
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests
  • Update dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates
