About the Company



Our client Qadbros Engineering is seeking a R&D Engineer-Machine Shops.



About the Role



Lead development of new products from concept to completion.



Responsibilities



  • Prepare feasibility studies for new product lines
  • Support cost & time estimation for new enquiries (FTEs)
  • Track milestones and troubleshoot issues for in-time completion
  • Coordinate with departments on product/process development
  • Visit customer sites to gather feedback and product info
  • Visit foundries, machine shops & head office during execution
  • Support reverse engineering of new products
  • Document processes and maintain project records
  • Participate in WRM, MRM, PRC, CRM & R&D daily meetings
  • Assist in planning manufacturing schedules with Commercial & BD
  • Complete all jobs within scheduled timelines



Qualifications



  • BSc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification



Required Skills



  • Knowledge of Qadri Group's manufacturing capabilities
  • Knowledge of various manufacturing processes
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Computer skills



Preferred Skills



  • 2 - 3 years' relevant experience
