Data Entry/Research & Support Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented Research & Support Analysts with experience in invoice processing, billing, data handling, or freight forwarding. The role involves reviewing carrier invoices, extracting shipment information, and processing transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process carrier invoices with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and apply client-specific notations and procedures.
• Handle data entry, invoice verification, and documentation.
• Stay updated on client processes and operational requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Good English communication and comprehension skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Typing speed of 35-40+ WPM.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly filters, tables, and data management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes.
• Effective problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's/graduate degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in billing, invoice processing, data handling, or freight forwarding.
• Hands-on experience with invoice reading and data extraction.

Compensation: PKR 90,000 per month (On job training)

Contract Duration: Initial 6 months

Shift: Day Shift 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Pakistan Time

Working Days: 5

Location: NASTP, Cantt, Lahore
