This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient scheduling and shift planning to support smooth restaurant functioning. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and have at least one year of experience in a similar supervisory role. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee all restaurant operations including staff management, scheduling, and customer service to ensure high standards are met consistently.

Develop and implement effective shift planning to optimize workforce productivity and meet business demands. Lead, motivate, and support a team of 10 employees, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain strong customer relationships and promote repeat business. Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and training to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, health regulations, and company policies at all times.

Manage inventory, order supplies as needed, and work to control costs while maximizing profitability. Collaborate with upper management to set goals and strategies to enhance restaurant performance and customer experience.
