The Total Rewards Processor supports benefits administration and compensation operations by executing transactional activities with accuracy and efficiency. The role ensures timely processing of employee benefits, payroll deductions, and compliance-related updates while maintaining SLA adherence in a global HRO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process benefits enrollment and updates within defined timelines
- Manage employee life events and eligibility changes in HR systems
- Validate and support payroll deductions and reconciliation activities
- Coordinate with benefits vendors for routine queries and file updates
- Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation
- Handle employee queries related to benefits programs and policies
