The Total Rewards SME provides advanced expertise in benefits and compensation operations, ensuring compliance, governance, and efficient service delivery. The role acts as a key escalation point and drives process optimization across the benefits lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME for benefits administration and total rewards processes
- Handle complex benefit scenarios and escalated cases
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage vendor coordination, file feeds, and integrations
- ; Oversee payroll deductions validation and reconciliation
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Support audits, reporting, and governance activities
