Sales Agent - Core Bhive Services

Our client Core Bhive Services is hiring a Sales Agent in Lahore.

The Sales Agent is responsible for reaching out to an existing network of influencers by phone and email to communicate an updated commission structure and pitch a limited-time sales incentive campaign. This is a warm outreach role.
Location: Raya DHA Phase 6
Working shift: 5 pm to 2 am
Pick n drop facility available for females

Responsibilities
● Work through the assigned contact list daily and reach out to each influencer by call first. If they do not answer, send a follow-up email using the provided template.
● Hold genuine conversations when calls connect. You are not reading from a script word for word. You are using it as a guide while keeping the call natural and responsive.
● Secure a written agreement from influencers who agree to boost sales. Send them an email to get a clear, written confirmation response. Without this written confirmation, the sales will not be considered.
● Answer questions about how sales are tracked, how commissions are paid, how the campaign works, and what the prize options are. If a question falls outside what you have been briefed on, tell the influencer you will get them an answer and escalate it.
● Log every call and email attempt in a spreadsheet immediately after it ends. Capture the outcome, notes, and whether a written agreement was received.
● Follow up with every influencer who expressed interest but did not provide a written agreement during the first contact. Follow-ups should happen within 48 to 72 hours.
● Escalate anything that requires a decision or information beyond your scope. Mention it clearly in the sheet and notify your team leads the same day.
Submit a brief end-of-day summary to your team lead covering total outreach attempts, written agreements secured, and any issues.
