Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the chemical and textile industries to maximize revenue growth and market penetration within assigned accounts.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely and consistent recovery of outstanding payments by following up with clients, resolving disputes, and negotiating payment terms professionally.
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of two sales and recovery specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to achieve team targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Accounts and Logistics to coordinate operations and ensure accurate documentation and delivery of products and services.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, outstanding payments, and recovery processes to inform management and guide decision-making.
- Address and resolve client issues related to sales and payment delays, fostering a positive client experience and safeguarding company interests.
- Proactively identify risks related to payment recovery and develop contingency plans to minimize financial exposure.
- Apply a target-driven and proactive approach to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales and recovery strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions, exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and effective communication at all times.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of sales processes and recovery operations.
