We are looking for a Sales Associate – e-Commerce who is eager to learn, takes ownership and enjoys working in a fast-paced, digitally evolving business environment.
What will you do?
- Support the execution of e-Commerce sales plans and business targets.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare business reports.
- Coordinate with e-Commerce customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Track stock availability, orders and fulfilment.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Support online promotions and business review presentations.
- Use data and digital tools, including AI, to identify opportunities and improve ways of working.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in e-Commerce, digital platforms and emerging technologies.
- Learning Agility: Curious, adaptable and eager to learn.
- Ownership: Takes responsibility and follows tasks through to completion.
- Results Orientation: Focuses on achieving objectives and delivering results.
- Digital Mindset: Interested in exploring AI and digital tools to work smarter.
