Job Identification Mission Statement

Lead capability assessment and development of Commercial function in collaboration with Commercial and HR Leadership to meet Functional goals to win in the market & enhace readiness of Commercial workforce for a future ready organization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Assess capability needs of Commercial through a robust TNA in close collaboration with Functional Leaders to identify gaps that need to be filled to achieve organizational and functional objectives.
  2. Support L&D Manager to develop and execute Learning & Development Framework in close collaboration with Commercial leaders, CCI Group, PKLT & TCCEC to achieve Organization’s training objectives for enhancing productivity and capability of workforce.
  3. Plan and execute the yearly capability development plan (technical, functional and soft skills) for Commercial based on the TNA in partnership with the Functional Leaders & TCCEC, targeting all levels of the organization.
  4. Develop unique and targeted training & experiental learning interventions based on 70-20-10 framework in close collaboration with Commercial & HR Leadership, leveraging technology and latest training methodologies to provide effective learning experience & development of functional and leadership skills.
  5. Design & monitor execution of Core Commercial Programs and modules at territory level by L&D and Commercial trainers with a keen focus on training imapct and ROI.
  6. Conduct market research & lead comparison of latest learning resources being provided by universities & training consultants for selection of the best solution provider that meets organizational needs.
  7. Collaborate with selected external consultants to design, drive & deliver learning solutions for Commercial function.
  8. Prudent & effective utilization of approved training budgets ensuring value addition to the organization through training resources.
  9. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop team of L&D specialists in the territories to ensure that the Commercial training and development plans are executed timely and within established budgets.
Candidate Education

Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
