Role Purpose
Coordinate between sales, operations, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate order processing, stock availability, timely deliveries, and complete documentation.

Coordinate between sales, operations, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate order processing, stock availability, timely deliveries, and complete documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify customer orders, pricing, product codes, and packing before booking in Odoo.
- Coordinate with sales and production/operations to confirm stock availability and realistic delivery dates.
- Track pending orders and dispatches, escalating delays or supply constraints in advance.
- Coordinate loading, vehicle arrangements, and dispatch documentation with stores and dispatch teams.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, stock, and dispatch records in Odoo.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch advice as required.
- Check customer credit status and hold/escalate dispatches approaching approved credit limits.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales, dispatch, and pending-order reports and support routine customer queries.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in retail, distribution, FMCG, or a similar high-volume sales environment.
- Experience in order processing, inventory/stock coordination, dispatch, delivery follow-up, and customer coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong Excel skills; ERP/Odoo experience is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Based in Faisalabad and willing to work on-site.
- Good written and spoken Urdu and English.
