Sales Coordinator - HR Business Solutions

Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Faisalabad.

• Process and verify customer orders, pricing, product codes, and packing before booking in Odoo.
• Coordinate with sales and production/operations to confirm stock availability and realistic delivery dates.
• Track pending orders and dispatches, escalating delays or supply constraints in advance.
• Coordinate loading, vehicle arrangements, and dispatch documentation with stores and dispatch teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, stock, and dispatch records in Odoo.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch advice as required.
• Check customer credit status and hold/escalate dispatches approaching approved credit limits.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales, dispatch, and pending-order reports and support routine customer queries.
  
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in retail, distribution, FMCG, or a similar high-volume sales environment.
• Experience in order processing, inventory/stock coordination, dispatch, delivery follow-up, and customer coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP/Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Based in Faisalabad and willing to work on-site.
• Good written and spoken Urdu and English.
