Sales Coordinator (Women Preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative support and coordination.
- Manage and organize sales documents and customer records.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
- Monitor and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer concerns.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events and marketing initiatives.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to support management decisions.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Maintain a well-organized and effective filing system for sales documentation.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP/B1 ERP software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Experience in managing and facilitating client relationships effectively.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak times if necessary.
