Job Description

The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in expanding OneScreen’s footprint across K–12 education, government, and corporate sectors. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through multiple outreach channels, and supporting the overall growth of OneScreen’s sales pipeline.

ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Outreach:

●     Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings and demos.


●     Identify and engage prospects using GovSpend, board meeting reports, and public procurement data.

 

●     Develop GTM strategies for targeted outreach to prospects, matching our ICP.

●     Execute region-specific campaigns aligned with funding availability, budget cycles, and local opportunities.

●     Re-engage inactive or cold leads to revive opportunities in the pipeline.

●     Assist in B2C and B2B outreach, introducing OneScreen’s solutions to new industries beyond K–12.

Research & Market Intelligence:

●     Track funding sources, grants, and technology refresh cycles to identify new opportunities.

●     Maintain updated records of competitor brands, incumbent resellers, and recent technology purchases in target accounts.

●     Monitor school board meetings and government agendas to identify upcoming initiatives involving display, collaboration, or security technologies.

●     Prepare concise reports and insights to support sales and business development strategy.

Partner & Reseller Development:

●     Identify potential reseller partners already serving education and government customers.

●     Build relationships with resellers and distributors to introduce them to OneScreen’s product line.

●     Support efforts to strengthen and expand OneScreen’s reseller network.

Reporting & Collaboration:

●     Maintain accurate outreach activity and lead data in CRM systems.

●     Prepare weekly reports highlighting meetings booked, pipeline updates, and key findings from market research.

●     Work collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on messaging, priorities, and ongoing opportunities.


Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

●     1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or market research, ideally in B2G or EdTech environments.

●     Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

●     Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and sales automation workflows.

●     Strong analytical and research abilities.

●     Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

●     Experience with GovSpend or similar public procurement and funding databases.

●     Understanding of K–12 education funding models, grants, and technology procurement processes.

●     Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales campaigns targeting North American clients. Experience with GTM tools like Apollo.io, SmartLead, Clay, etc.
