Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound outreach.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with cold outreach and handling rejection professionally.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles preferred.
  • Strong discipline, consistency, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt messaging strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential B2B leads based on defined ICPs.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads and assess fit before passing to Account Executives.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline hygiene.
  • Continuously test and refine outreach messaging for better response rates.
  • Meet daily and weekly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked).
  • Stay updated on target industries and competitor positioning.
