Our client Digital Drive is looking for a Sales Development Representative in Karachi

Digital Drive is an innovative investment firm seeking confident and energetic Cold Callers to join the sales team. This role focuses on reaching out to potential clients by making outbound calls, introducing company services, and generating interest to expand the customer base. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, effectively handle objections, and persuade prospects. Candidates will work in a fast-paced environment, aiming to meet daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining detailed records of client interactions.

The Cold Caller / Sales Representative does not manage a team but plays a critical role in supporting the broader sales process by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for further engagement. This position offers a competitive salary with performance incentives, professional training opportunities, and a supportive workplace environment. Basic computer and CRM knowledge is advantageous, helping streamline call management and documentation. Ideal candidates are punctual, self-motivated, and driven by achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided lead lists.
  • Introduce Digital Drives services clearly to generate interest and engagement.
  • Qualify leads by assessing client needs and gathering essential information.
  • Schedule appointments and transfer qualified prospects to the appropriate sales or service departments for follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, client conversations, and outcomes in company systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales performance targets.
  • Handle objections professionally with a positive and persistent approach.
  • Demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Utilize basic computer skills to navigate CRM systems and manage call data effectively.
  • Punctual and reliable attendance, showing self-motivation and dedication to role goals.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support overall sales objectives and enhance client experience.
