Sysmetics BPO is seeking a motivated Sales Executive specializing in Healthcare BPO lead generation to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying healthcare prospects across the USA, including hospitals, clinics, physicians, and healthcare practices. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in cold calling, customer relationship management, and professional communication. They will engage with potential clients to generate qualified leads and schedule meaningful appointments to support our medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services. The position requires a proactive approach to outbound sales with an emphasis on understanding client needs related to healthcare BPO solutions. This role demands excellent lead research abilities to uncover decision-makers such as practice managers, billing managers, and clinic owners. The Sales Executive will leverage a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, CRM systems, and healthcare directories to build and maintain a robust pipeline. Meeting weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting is critical. Although this role does not involve team management, the candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to refine outreach strategies, scripts, and improve lead quality. Experience within the healthcare BPO sector or knowledge of the USA healthcare market is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads targeting USA-based hospitals, doctors, physicians, clinics, medical groups, and healthcare practices.
- Conduct detailed prospect research utilizing LinkedIn, Google, healthcare directories, CRM tools, and other lead generation platforms.
- Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling and professional email campaigns to introduce Sysmetics BPO services effectively.
- Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline consisting of healthcare decision-makers such as practice managers, billing managers, physicians, administrators, and clinic owners.
- Schedule appointments, discovery calls, and meetings for the senior sales team to advance sales opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects in a professional manner while maintaining accurate and up-to-date communication records.
- Understand client challenges related to medical billing, claim denials, accounts receivable follow-up, credentialing, and revenue cycle management to tailor engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve outreach scripts, email templates, and the quality of leads generated through research and feedback.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals aligned with overall sales objectives.
