About The Role
You'll help bring ChordHR to new companies: finding them, booking demos and following up. You'll learn B2B software sales from the ground up, working directly with the founder.
What you'll do
Research and build lead lists of companies
Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn to book demos
Join demos and learn to run them yourself
Follow up with prospects and keep the CRM up to date
Gather customer questions and feedback for the product team
Report your weekly pipeline: leads, demos, follow-ups and deals
What we're looking for
A recent graduate or final-year student in business, marketing or a related field
Confident speaking English and Urdu, on the phone and in person
Organised, persistent, and comfortable with targets
Interested in technology and how businesses work
