Sales Manager - Industrial Chemicals

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Function: Chemicals Business

We are looking for a techno-commercial Sales Manager to grow the Company’s Industrial Chemicals business in the paints and coatings sector. You will win new customers, manage key accounts, and meet sales, volume, and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, volume, and contribution margin targets.
• Develop new customers and business opportunities in the paints and coatings industry.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts and promote specialty chemicals and additives to paint manufacturers.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved pricing guidelines.
• Ensure timely payment recovery and manage customer outstanding balances.
• Prepare sales forecasts and track performance against monthly and annual targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities, and report them to management.
• Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales or commercial-facing roles in paints, coatings, or industrial chemicals.

• Excellent relationship management skills.
