Accelerec is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Managers to join our growing team on a permanent basis in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a sales team, drive revenue growth, and shape the future of HR technology sales across Pakistan. You will be selling Accelerec's HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms to HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and business decision-makers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Accelerec's HRMS and ATS products.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive new business development through effective prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management within the HR and talent acquisition market.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with HR directors, CHROs, recruitment leads, and other key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct and oversee compelling product demonstrations that map HRMS and ATS capabilities to each client's hiring and people-management challenges.
- Analyze sales data, forecast future sales, and identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR workflows and the value proposition of Accelerec's products.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales enablement resources and align sales strategies with the needs of the HR tech market.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HR technology, HRMS, ATS, or related people-management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field.
Essential Skills
- Proven expertise in SaaS sales methodologies and strategies, ideally selling to HR and talent acquisition buyers.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in CRM management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales forecasting.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and best practices.
- Effective team leadership and motivational capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
- Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
- Experience with sales intelligence and conversation intelligence tools such as Gong.io.
- Fluency in English is a significant asset.
