Our client AM Distributors is looking for a Sales Manager - Strategic Sales & Customer Growth in Lahore

AM Distributors seeks a dedicated Sales Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives and grow the customer base. This role requires a deep understanding of the companys offerings combined with strong skills in sales strategy development and market analysis. The Sales Manager researches consumer needs and effectively matches them with our solutions while generating leads and nurturing client relationships. This position is essential in planning sales activities, setting goals, and analyzing performance data to ensure the achievement of company objectives.

Although this role does not involve managing a team, the candidate will collaborate closely with sales representatives and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts toward business growth. The Sales Manager also proactively develops leadership skills and sales tactics to maximize revenue outcomes. With a Masters Degree and at least five years of experience, the ideal candidate exhibits excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent AM Distributors with a comprehensive knowledge of products and service offerings.
• Conduct thorough research on customer needs and align solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and increase market reach.
• Generate new leads through various channels and establish durable relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Analyze sales performance data regularly to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage in continuous self-development to enhance leadership, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to share insights and support the execution of sales tactics.
• Monitor and report sales metrics, maintaining clear communication of results and business trends relevant to client relationships.
• Contribute to the recruitment process by identifying desirable candidate characteristics and participating in interviews as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end sales closing processes accurately and efficiently.
• Identify gaps in sales knowledge or skills and recommend appropriate training or development initiatives.
• Coordinate daily sales activities and hold regular briefings with sales representatives to set goals and review progress.
• Ensure sales objectives, quotas, and standards align with company goals and are met consistently.
