Our client Global Travel Express is looking for a Sales Manager - Travel Agency in Rawalpindi

Global Travel Express seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Manager for its Sales Travel Agency division. This role demands a candidate with at least five years of experience in travel agency sales, who possesses comprehensive knowledge of travel agency booking software and market best practices. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing sales bookings by employing effective sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and leveraging up-to-date travel industry tools and systems. This position does not include team management Responsibilities

The ideal candidate understands the travel sector and is adept at analyzing market trends to pinpoint opportunities for business expansion. This role requires proficiency in digital sales tools, global distribution systems, and travel itinerary management software to facilitate smooth booking processes and deliver excellent service to clients. The incumbent acts as a key contributor to the sales efforts, collaborating with other departments to maximize revenue and sustain market competitiveness at Global Travel Express.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies targeted at increasing travel agency bookings and overall revenue.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the travel industry.
  • Utilize customer relationship management techniques to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage and optimize the use of travel reservation systems, global distribution systems, and travel itinerary management software to enhance booking efficiency.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the impact of sales strategies and inform decision-making.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital sales tools and technologies applicable to the travel industry and integrate them into daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to sales and booking procedures.
  • Support the enhancement of internal processes to improve workflow, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in booking operations.
