Our client ARC9 Studio is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive in Lahore.

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and client-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to manage client
communications, conduct meetings, prepare business proposals, and support business growth. The
primary responsibility of this role is to meet with prospective clients, understand their business
requirements, and develop customized proposals that align with their goals. In addition, the candidate will
be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the company's client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct meetings with prospective and existing local and international clients.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and project scope.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, presentations, and service recommendations tailored to
client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop accurate solutions and project estimates.
• Present the company's services confidently and professionally during client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and other business development activities.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline until deal closure.
• Maintain records of client meetings, proposals, and sales activities using CRM or internal systems.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with marketing
campaigns.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing and digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience conducting meetings with local and international clients.
• Strong proposal writing and business presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective business solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in a marketing or digital agency.
1• Knowledge of branding, social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, website development,
and creative services.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
