Sales & Marketing Manager — Remote (Night Shift, USD Salary)

About The Role

DigiHyre is recruiting a Sales & Marketing Manager for a US-based photography and videography company that serves clients booking professional shoots for major life events. You'll manage the company's sales and marketing pipeline — handling client enquiries, recommending the right service packages, and guiding customers from first contact through to a signed contract. This is a professional, consultative B2C sales role for someone who's polished, organized, and confident communicating with US-based clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound client enquiries and conduct professional sales consultations over phone and Zoom
• Recommend suitable service packages, clearly explaining pricing, timelines, add-ons, and next steps
• Own the sales pipeline end to end: prompt email and message follow-ups, accurate CRM notes, and steady progress toward monthly booking targets
• Manage and master the CRM — automations, templates, workflows, and reporting
• Stay current on industry trends and technology so every recommendation is relevant and up to date
• Coordinate with the production and marketing teams for a smooth hand-off once a client books
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years in consultative/inside sales, ideally selling services to US or international clients
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral, warm accent — you'll be on live client calls daily (this is our #1 filter)
• Strong, quick written English for client follow-ups and CRM messaging
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel) strongly preferred; other CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) considered
• Comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM/messaging platforms
• Prior experience in photography/videography, events, hospitality, luxury/lifestyle, or high-ticket services is a strong plus
  
  
  

Shift & work arrangement

• 100% remote
• Night shift: approx. 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PKT (shifts to roughly 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PKT during US winter), aligning with US Central Time business hours. Please only apply if you can commit to these hours long-term.
