Requirements:

- 5 years of relevant experience in sales strategy, marketing strategy, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, sales conversion, and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to translate marketing ideas into practical strategies that drive sales and business growth.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, hair care, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to think strategically, lead teams effectively, and identify factors that influence customer purchasing decisions.
- Strong focus on measurable business growth, marketing performance, and sales results rather than social media engagement alone.
- Develop and implement sales-oriented marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Guide the marketing team in creating content that generates customer inquiries and drives sales.
- Align content creation, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities with business goals.
- Identify target audiences, analyze competitors, and evaluate customer buying behavior.
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with content, design, and customer care teams to ensure effective marketing execution.
- Prepare marketing plans, performance reports, and actionable strategies to support business growth.
