Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with distributors, field sales teams, and factory for smooth operations.
- Track and analyze sales performance and share timely reports with management.
- Support sales planning, order processing, and delivery follow-ups.
- Ensure sales targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and data.
- Resolve sales-related queries efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in improving distributor and field team performance through coordination and support.
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in sales operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
