Position Summary
The Sales Operations Executive supports the Regional Sales team by managing sales reports, coordinating orders, processing claims, and ensuring smooth communication between distributors and internal teams. The role helps drive efficient sales operations and supports the achievement of business goals.
A Day in the Life
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate sales orders and follow up on timely deliveries.
- Support distributors with claims, payments, and required documentation.
- Track and report Trade Term Support (TTS) spending.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to the sales team.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
