At Tapandrate, the Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO by managing existing client relationships and ensuring ongoing business growth and client satisfaction. This role focuses on leveraging sales analytics, customer relationship management, and forecasting to maintain strong customer engagement and optimize sales processes. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrate a keen ability to analyze sales data, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and uphold high standards in sales performance management. While this role does not involve direct team management, it requires close collaboration across departments to drive seamless sales operations and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Manager at Tapandrate is responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of current client engagements and contributing to the companys overall sales strategy through detailed forecasting and demand planning. This position requires maintaining accurate sales pipelines, managing customer relationship management systems, and conducting in-depth sales performance evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement. The manager supports the CEO by prioritizing client needs, helping anticipate market trends, and aligning sales activities with business objectives.
