Sales Promotion Officer/Sales Executive

Position: Sales Promotion Officer/Sales Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior sales and product specialists during surgeries.

2. Ensure timely availability and proper arrangement of implants, surgical instruments, and consumables in the operating theatre.

3. Prepare, inspect, and organize instrument sets before and after surgical procedures.

4. Coordinate with hospital OT staff, CSSD, and internal logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of scheduled surgeries.

5. Maintain inventory records of implants, instruments, and surgical consumables assigned for cases.

6. Assist in the handling, cleaning, and dispatch of instrument sets in accordance with company and hospital protocols.

7. Provide basic product support under the guidance of senior team members during surgical procedures.

8. Prepare case documentation, implant utilization records, and post-surgery reports.

9. Ensure compliance with infection control practices and company quality standards while handling surgical equipment.

10. Support senior colleagues in customer coordination and day-to-day operational activities.

11. Participate in product training sessions to enhance technical knowledge of orthopedic implants and surgical procedures.

12. Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager to support business operations.
