Sales Return Officer

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for analysing and processing SKU-specific information related to near-expiry and excess NFL product stock at the shopkeeper level, including conducting market visits to assess and address these inventory concerns.

Responsibilities

• Execute and perform activities as a sales returns officer at various distribution center’s as per business requirement
• Assist and support Market Stock Freshness Manager effectively in his day-to-day tasks
• Coordinate for reshuffling activities with respective SEs / ZSMs through proper written / verbal communication taking in loop Market Stock Freshness Manager
• Keep follow ups with respective sales team for timely execution of stock reshufflingVerify and inspect all forms, reports and records relating to product reshuffling
• Maintain and manage data of all reshuffling / returns stocks
• Responsible for managing wholesale aging stock count
• Compilation of monthly report related reshuffling / Return stock
• Adhere and comply SOP for handling shops / Distributors inventory
• Daily / Weekly meeting with SE / ZSM for reshuffling of highlighted stocks
  
  

Background Requirements

• 01-2 years of relevant experience in similar or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business.
