Revnix is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to convert qualified opportunities into long-term customers.
About The Role
You will manage the sales process from discovery through contract signing, selling both custom software development services and our SaaS platform.
This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, software sales, SaaS, or technology solutions
- Proven experience selling software development services, SaaS products, or digital solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Revenue closed
- Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved
- Win rate
- Average deal size
- Sales cycle length
- Proposal-to-close conversion rate
- Customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- HubSpot CRM

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing or Sales) is a plus.
- Professional certifications in Sales, CRM, SaaS Sales, or Business Development are an advantage.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects
- Understand business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
- Deliver product and service demonstrations
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations
- Manage negotiations and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the Sales Engineer for technical discussions when needed
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers
- Work closely with the Marketing and SDR teams to improve conversion rates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
