- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and process-mapping activities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, Developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful business sign-off.
- Create process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and training documentation.
- Drive stakeholder communication and manage project expectations effectively.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
