Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI & CO configuration.
- Proven experience with S/4HANA Finance implementations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM).
- Strong knowledge of CO-PA, Tax Configuration, Reporting, and Financial Close Processes.
- Experience in Product Costing and Manufacturing Finance, with a focus on cost control and profitability analysis.
- Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM and SD modules.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, controlling, and accounting processes.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and managing UAT activities.
- Ability to conduct end-user training and provide business support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a client-facing environment.
- Experience with Treasury and advanced financial management processes.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-impact business solutions.
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, and CO-PA.
- Drive financial process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Configure and maintain tax-related processes, reporting requirements, and compliance controls.
- Manage product costing, manufacturing finance, and profitability analysis processes.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other modules, particularly MM and SD.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and issue resolution.
- Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing functional support.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
