Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP QM processes including Inspection Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications, and Certificates
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions
  • Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, and PM modules
  • Handle end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support activities
  • Prepare functional specifications and support testing (Unit, UAT)
  • Provide production support and resolve incidents/issues within SLA

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–15 years of experience in SAP QM
  • Strong knowledge of QM master data, inspection types, sampling procedures, and quality notifications
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA QM preferred
  • Good understanding of business processes in Manufacturing / Quality
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to integration with EWM / APO
  • SAP QM certification
  • Experience in global rollout projects
