Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP QM processes including Inspection Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications, and Certificates
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, and PM modules
- Handle end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support activities
- Prepare functional specifications and support testing (Unit, UAT)
- Provide production support and resolve incidents/issues within SLA
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–15 years of experience in SAP QM
- Strong knowledge of QM master data, inspection types, sampling procedures, and quality notifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA QM preferred
- Good understanding of business processes in Manufacturing / Quality
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to integration with EWM / APO
- SAP QM certification
- Experience in global rollout projects
