Role Name: SAP Success Factor Functional

Desired Experience Range: 5 years to 13 Years

Location of Requirement: Pan India



Must-Have :

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules as per business requirements.
  • Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and process flows.
  • Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and employee data models.
