Job Purpose

To lead the implementation, integration, support and continuous enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across National Foods Limited, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA HCM and other enterprise systems while enabling efficient, secure and data-driven HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, upgrade and support activities for SAP SuccessFactors across the organisation.
  • Configure, maintain and optimise SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Benefits, Time Management, Payroll, Position Management, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession and Development.
  • Design, develop and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA HCM, payroll systems and third-party applications using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs and middleware technologies.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across HR and enterprise platforms through robust integration architecture.
  • Manage role-based permissions (RBP), workflows, business rules, MDF objects and system security to ensure governance, compliance and data confidentiality.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support by troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technical solutions and support system enhancements.
  • Guide and mentor SAP HCM Functional Consultants on technical architecture, integrations and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analytics to support strategic workforce planning and People decision-making.
  • Configure and support payroll-related data structures, including wage calculations, benefits, deductions and related HR processes.
  • Manage technical time management configurations, including attendance, work schedules, shift patterns and time evaluation processes.
  • Support talent management processes by configuring and maintaining recruitment, onboarding, performance, succession and employee development solutions.
  • Safeguard employee master data by ensuring data integrity, system security and compliance with organisational policies and best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, testing artefacts, system configurations and support procedures to ensure operational continuity.
  • Evaluate and implement new SAP SuccessFactors innovations and best practices to drive continuous improvement and user adoption.

Preferred Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration and application support experience.
  • Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs and enterprise integration technologies.
  • Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA HCM, payroll systems and third-party applications.
  • Must be based in Karachi and available for onsite collaboration.
