About The Role

As a Security Operations Specialist, you’ll help support and maintain operational security processes, user access management, and system protection standards across our remote environment. You’ll play an important role in helping ensure secure workflows, account protection, and operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and maintain secure user accounts and access permissions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of security measures such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Help protect sensitive company information while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support security initiatives and improve operational security processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of security procedures, account updates, and operational workflows.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining secure access practices within remote work environments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
• Foundational knowledge or experience with cybersecurity practices, access management, or IT security operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within remote team environments.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information responsibly.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ are an advantage but not required.
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Personally owned computer or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent (such as AMD Ryzen 5 or Apple M1), and a minimum of 8GB RAM.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download.
• Stable and secure internet connection suitable for remote work and security-related responsibilities.
