:
Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree from any HEC Recognized University or equivalent. International Certification in Financial crimes compliance & FRM will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking/non-banking experience in Fraud Risk Management, Operational Risk, Financial Crime Compliance, Internal Controls, or related functions with significant leadership exposure.
Age: Up to 55 Years as of July 23rd, 2026.

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
:
- Develop, implement, and periodically review the Bank's Digital Fraud Risk Management Policies and Procedures, ensuring alignment with SBP Regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Oversee continuous monitoring of digital transactional activities in accordance with defined SOP for timely escalation and mitigation of fraud risks.
- Provide strategic oversight of Fraud Risk Management Systems/Solution, including fraud detection rules/scenarios, analytics, monitoring tools, and optimization initiatives to enhance Digital Fraud Risk Management effectiveness.
- Monitor emerging fraud trends, threats, and vulnerabilities and present periodic updates on Digital Fraud Risk, fraud losses, and control effectiveness to senior management along with recommendations for risk mitigation and control enhancement.
- Lead digital fraud risk assessments for new and existing products, services, delivery channels, processes/SOPs, and digital initiatives to identify vulnerabilities and ensure implementation of appropriate preventive and detective controls.
- Develop and oversee management reporting dashboards, MIS, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable reporting to management and relevant governance forums.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete submission of regulatory and BAC/BOD reporting pertaining to fraud, forgery, and dacoity in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and Bank Policy.
- Lead customer fraud awareness, education, and digital security initiatives aimed at enhancing customer protection and reducing fraud susceptibility in collaboration with concerned stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks, standards, scorecards, and performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of digital fraud monitoring, detection processes, and regulatory reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and operational inefficiencies through QA reviews and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
