Job Responsibilities

:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of banking sales dynamics to navigate market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to ensure sustainable business growth and market expansion.
• Forecast sales trends and analyze performance data to mitigate risks.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of outbound team to ensure they meet KPI and service quality standards.
• Monitor team activities to ensure all sales targets are met within stipulated timelines.
• Oversee the daily outbound activities, ensuring accurate MIS reporting and timely resolution of customer queries or complaints received from CRU.
• Ensure all outbound activities strictly adhere to internal bank policies and (SBP) regulations to eliminate regulatory penalties.
• Design and pitch incentive structures to management to reward high-performing staff.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of June 12, 2026.
