Role Overview
Senior Finance Executive – ENA will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including sales order processing, customer invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting. The role involves close coordination with internal departments, customers, and management to ensure accurate financial records, timely collections, effective cost allocation, and smooth execution of financial and operational activities.

Role Overview
Senior Finance Executive – ENA will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including sales order processing, customer invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting. The role involves close coordination with internal departments, customers, and management to ensure accurate financial records, timely collections, effective cost allocation, and smooth execution of financial and operational activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage ENA sales orders, customer invoicing, and coordination with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up with customers/account managers for timely collections.
- Monitor daily cash inflows and provide regular receivables and collection updates to management.
- Ensure accurate recording of customer receipts, invoice adjustments, and tax-related transactions.
- Coordinate with the Tax and Corporate Finance (CF) teams for tax compliance, bank reconciliations, and vendor payment matters.
- Support project cash flow planning and ensure timely availability of funds for project execution.
- Monitor ENA expenses and ensure accurate General Ledger (GL) allocation.
- Maintain financial forecasts and support month-end closing, including revenue, COGS, expense booking, deferred accounts, and provisions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, management updates, and the ENA financial playbook.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams for inventory-related matters and periodic reviews.
- Calculate account managers' incentives and verify invoice payment statuses for commission and markup calculations.
- Review monthly company markup calculations and ensure appropriate allocation across business verticals.
- Perform other finance-related and operational responsibilities as assigned.
- MBA / ACCA (part-qualified or qualified) preferred
- Bachelor's in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance
- MS Excel proficiency (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
