We are seeking a competent and dedicated Senior Associate for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) Department. The ideal candidate will have a 2-5 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to lead engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality financial advisory and compliance solutions.

We are seeking a competent and dedicated Senior Associate for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) Department. The ideal candidate will have a 2-5 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to lead engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality financial advisory and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
- Supervise account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and implement resolution strategies.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for financial operations.
- Plan and execute internal audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory frameworks.
- Serve as a key liaison with clients, offering strategic financial and compliance advice.
- Guide and train junior team members, promoting best practices in financial process improvement and internal controls.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for value-added services.
- ACCA (At least 10 papers cleared) / ACMA or CA (Part-qualified) / Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance (HEC Recognized Institution)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in audit, advisory, or financial consulting, preferably in a reputed firm or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial reporting, ERP systems, and reconciliations
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and interpersonal abilities
- Expertise in MS Office Suite and financial tools
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff
- Work in a high-performance environment with qualified professionals including ACCAs, CAs, CMAs, MBAs.
