Job Overview

We are seeking a competent and dedicated Senior Associate for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) Department. The ideal candidate will have a 2-5 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to lead engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality financial advisory and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Supervise account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and implement resolution strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for financial operations.
  • Plan and execute internal audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory frameworks.
  • Serve as a key liaison with clients, offering strategic financial and compliance advice.
  • Guide and train junior team members, promoting best practices in financial process improvement and internal controls.
  • Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for value-added services.

Required Qualifications

  • ACCA (At least 10 papers cleared) / ACMA or CA (Part-qualified) / Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance (HEC Recognized Institution)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in audit, advisory, or financial consulting, preferably in a reputed firm or financial services industry.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, ERP systems, and reconciliations
  • Excellent communication, client-handling, and interpersonal abilities
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite and financial tools
  • Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff
